Listed on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange, Sunningdale Tech Ltd was formed through the strategic merger between two leading precision plastic engineering companies - Sunningdale Precision Industries Ltd ("SPI") and Tech Group Asia Ltd ("TGA") - in July 2005.
The merger created a larger and stronger company with complementary competencies to serve our customers better. Sunningdale Tech focuses on four key business segments: automotive, telecommunications, consumer / IT, and medical.
As a merged entity, Sunningdale Tech has more than 7,000 employees and operates in 25 facilities across five countries.
